Spending New Year's at this hotel was a great choice! the breakfast was rich and delicious, I especially loved the fresh juices and hot coffee. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us great suggestions for nearby attractions and restaurants. the location was perfect, close to the city center and at a walking distance from the main square where we enjoyed the fireworks without having to brave the crowds. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large windows that provided a stunning view of the city.
The only minor inconvenience was the lack of drawers in the room, which made unpacking a bit challenging. the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong, which made it difficult to stream movies or upload pictures.

The hotel website promised a Christmas wonderland and they delivered. The decorations were impressive and the warm fireplaces made us feel cozy. The bed was comfortable and the view of the town was magical. The breakfast was filling, and the staff were jolly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot chocolate provided in the lobby.
The amenities were not what we expected for the price. We had to pay upfront and were asked what time we would check out, making us feel rushed.

We were impressed with the size of our room, and the spectacular view of the historic town. the staff was very professional and helpful when we checked in, but we were a little confused about their request for our checkout time. the breakfast was delicious and varied. We appreciated the secure parking, especially during the winter. the location also made it convenient to explore the town and surrounding areas.
The hotel could improve their communication about holiday closures for their restaurant, as we were surprised to find it closed on a Monday evening before a holiday.
